Manda M. Hunt
Founder and President

Manda Hunt has more than ten years of experience in the areas of marketing, internal and external communications, and investor relations.

Prior to establishing Lenox Communications in 2007, Manda served as the Director of Investor Relations and Marketing for MagnetBank, a Utah commercial bank focused exclusively on lending.  Prior to joining MagnetBank, Manda was a consultant with Jackson Spalding Communications, one of the largest independent communications management firms in the Southeast.  There she had an opportunity to work with several different organizations from a variety of industries and with a variety of needs.  As the firm’s financial services specialist, Manda was responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications and marketing plans for numerous organizations, including MagnetBank.

Prior to joining Jackson Spalding, Manda was the Corporate Communications Manager for Cypress Communications, Inc., a publicly traded telecommunications service provider based in Atlanta, Ga.  There she was responsible for all internal and external communications including employee, customer and investor relations.  Throughout the three years she spent with Cypress Communications, Manda led the management team’s communication strategy development and its execution through numerous organizational changes including multiple restructuring initiatives, executive changes and acquisitions of, and eventually by, other companies.  She successfully led the proxy solicitation effort for a change in control requiring 96 percent approval of the publicly traded company’s outstanding shares.

Prior to joining Cypress Communications, Manda was the Investor Liaison for Thomas Weisel Partners’ Private Equity Placements Group.  She was responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with representatives of large institutional equity groups.  Working closely with bankers, she identified which groups should receive information about which opportunities, tracked funds’ interests with regard to industries, transaction size and preferred investment terms.

Prior to joining Thomas Weisel Partners, Manda worked in Goldman Sachs’ High Technology Investment Banking Group in San Francisco in the days of the now infamous ‘internet bubble.’  With so much going on in the Bay Area and the industry, Manda was given unprecedented opportunity to gain invaluable professional experience that would serve as the platform for her career in business communications.

Manda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications for Business from Florida State University.
